Deborah Jean Freeman was born on July 17, 1965 in Raleigh, North Carolina. Affectionately known as Deb, she loved 90's R&B music, spending time at the beach, and animals both big and small. Her selflessness was often demonstrated by her caring and giving nature. Deborah was always willing to help others during their time of need.
To know Deborah is to know her big smile and infectious laugh. Both enlivened any room she entered. She had a green thumb that could make anything grow and a talent for drawing. Family was most important to Deborah. As a result, spending quality time with them was her favorite pastime.
Deborah Freeman departed this world on June 20, 2022. Those left to cherish her memories include her devoted sons, Kourtney Freeman and Nathaniel Taylor; grandchildren Eli and Lydia Freeman; sister, Sheryl Figured; and nephews Michael Prince and Justin Freeman. Deborah is also survived by extended family and friends which include Kenny Smart, Joy Smart, Keisha Smart, Donald Richardson, and William Lacewell.
Deborah Freeman was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She will remain in our hearts and will forever be missed. Rest in power, Deb.
