William L. Russell, formerly of Troy, NC, age 73, passed away on Sunday, 07/25/2021.   He is survived by his daughter, Sue Creech and husband, Darold of Erwin, NC; sister, Susan Luther and husband Don of Troy, NC; grandsons, Daron Creech of Erwin NC and Christopher Creech of Goldsboro, NC; niece, Annette Luther of Asheboro, NC; and nephew, DJ Luther, of Richfield, NC.  He was preceded in death by his mother and father, William Augusta Russell and Hattie Mozelle Russell.

Mr. Russell was a retired construction worker.
