Sharon L. Koran, 65, of Spring Lake, passed away on Thursday June 29, 2023. She was born on January 21, 1958, to the late Pearl Porter. Also preceding her in death was her brother, David.

Sharon loved music, especially rock and roll and country, gardening and growing her own plants and vegetables. She prided herself in keeping a spotless home and she rescued any animal she could. To honor Sharon's last wishes, she will be cremated, and her ashes buried with her mother in Tylertown, Mississippi where a small memorial will be conducted.

Left to cherish Sharon's memory are her children Thomas, Melissa, Theresa and her siblings Theresa and Glenn. Her nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren along with her extended family and friends.
