IN LOVING MEMORY OF

Kimberly Ruth

Baker

December 12, 1959 – October 5, 2022

Obituary

Kimberly Ruth Baker (Kim) left for her forever home on October 5th, 2022 at the age of 62 after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis. It would be wrong to say Kim lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how hard the struggle was, she was determined. When anyone else would have broken, Kim stayed strong. Through her battle, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was no quit in Kim. Just because she is no longer here, it does not mean she lost the fight. She can breathe free. Kim was born December 12, 1959 to Rudolph and Ruth Baker. Kim was a loving, giving, caring, soul that filled our hearts with happiness. Kim had a heart so big and a willingness to help all. Kim loved spending time with her granddaughter every minute she could get.   Kim made the most of their time together and made sure everyone knew her granddaughter was her whole world. Kim is survived by her Mother: Ruth Baker, Daughter: Hope Baker (Mike) and granddaughter Kenaly. Brothers: Scott Baker (Stacy) and James Baker (Ruthanne) Nieces: Felicia Baker, and Suzanne Lozoya (Eddie) Nephew: Christopher Baker (Danielle) Great Nieces/Nephews: Clayton, Jaiden, Kenzie, Hayes, and Reese and her beloved dog Kole. Kim was preceded in death by her daddy Rudolph Baker, brothers Brain Baker and Kenneth Baker, nephew Byron Baker and her fur babies Doodlebug and Cajun.
