Kipling--Joseph Hardy Matthews, 77, passed away Thursday, 08/26/2021.  He is survived by his wife, Melba Matthews; daughter, Kimberly Campbell, husband, Thomas Campbell, and grandchildren Collin and Morgan Campbell; sister, Julia Barnes; brother, James N. Matthews; and nieces Kristen Singles, Jennifer Mabry, Paula Cardinale, Carmen Hills, and Angela Rousseau. He was preceded in death  by daughter, Katherine Matthews; mother, Pauline Matthews, and father, Joseph Matthews.. Memorials may be given in his name to his wife, Melba Matthews.
