Mr. James S. Mullen, age 66, passed away Monday 5/01/2023 in Spring Lake.  Mr. Mullen was preceded in death by his father, Shelton Howard Mullen.  He is survived by his mother, Delores Mullen; his wife of 45 years, Wanda R. Mullen; two daughters, Tosha M Narron (Wayne) and Ashley R. Mullen (Ronald); two grandchildren, Shyenne V. Narron and Christopher S. Barron; three brothers, Wayne, Gary and Steve Mullen, and sister, Terry Mullen.
