Ms. Gladys "Montez" Tyndall, 61, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by friends and family on Wednesday, 09/01/2021.  She is survived by her significant other, Robert Wayne Howard of Coats, NC; her half-brother, Joe Atkins of Wisconsin; and her dear friends, Michelle, Jane, Hope and Anita.   She is also survived by her dogs, Cowboy and Mitzy and cat, Evan Roo.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Gladys and brother, Jimmy Tyndall.  Ms. Montez enjoyed gardening, arts and crafts, her pets, and taking road trips.  She will be greatly missed.  Arrangements provided by Coats Funeral Home.
