It is with deep sorrow and love that we announce the passing of Charles Allan Blanton, 63, on December 4th, 2024. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and cherished friend.  Allan touched the lives of everyone who knew him with his warmth, humor, and unwavering love for his family, friends, neighbors and Christmas.

Allan was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Cora Blanton; his stepmother, Francis Blanton; his sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Randy Carpenter; and his parents-in-law, William and Joyce Slaughter.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Charlotte Blanton; his daughters, Samantha (Stuart McLemore) and Tiffany (Dwayne House); and his treasured grandchildren, Bailey, Piper, and Autumn House. He also leaves behind his siblings: Rodney (Lisa Blanton), Nancy (David Cone), Robert Blanton, Ronnie Hall, Renee (Zavier Watson), Mary (Raymond Walker), Jessica (Michael McLamb), and Lisa (John Toohey).

Allan's heart extended to his chosen family, including his "Mother-in-Love" Katherine J. Rielly; dear friends Bill and Rose Slavin & family; Kaylan & Kendrick, CJ, Jeanene, Donnie Ratley, Sandra Bitler, The Batres and many other friends and neighbors who enriched his life with friendship and love.

The family will receive friends at a visitation starting at 3:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM. Services will be held at Balm in Gilead Family Counseling Ministries, located at 3110 Doc Bennett Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28306, and will be officiated by Dr. Vivian Rhone.
